PropertyBlasters is a real estate email marketing platform that sends your listing flyer to real estate agents in your target area. We maintain our real estate agent database, organized by ZIP code and state, so your listing reaches agents in the area you choose.

We remove agents who unsubscribe or bounce, and we refresh contact data regularly.
We authenticate mail with DKIM, handle bounces and complaints, and process unsubscribes. Inbox placement and open rates vary and are not guaranteed.

Your dashboard shows a delivery summary for each blast, including how many agents it was delivered to. Open and click numbers, where shown, are estimates: some email apps report opens automatically or block them.
Yes. You can download a summary of your results. Recipient email addresses are not included.
Every email identifies the sender, includes a valid postal address, has an accurate subject line, and includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes promptly.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Agents who unsubscribe are removed from all future PropertyBlasters emails.
You are responsible for the content you send. Do not include discriminatory language. PropertyBlasters does not review each flyer before it is saved.
